1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. green pepper
1 head celery
1 box sliced mushrooms
1 lb. onions
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce (or 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can Arturo Sauce if available)
1 bottle stuffed olives
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
16 oz. package wide egg noodles

Slice green peppers and celery in large pieces and chop together in blender. Cook noodles and drain. Chop onions and fry. Slowly add meat and brown. Add green pepper and celery mixture, mushrooms, and sauces. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Combine noodles, olives, and beef mixture in large casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 300 for at least 1 hour.
