1 pkg frozen French style green beans
1 pkg frozen baby lima beans
1 pkg frozen LeSeur peas
3 green peppers
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen vegetables in boiling water to thaw them. Cut green peppers into strips and place in separate pan of boiling water and cook until semi-tender. Drain all vegetables and let cool. Place in buttered casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. To make sauce, whip cream and add mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 for 50 minutes or until brown and puffy.
