3 eggs
1 cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp of grated lemon rind


I pint of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Place mixture in double boiler and stir continuously until thick like custard. Refrigerate until cooled. When cool, fold in whipping cream. Cut cake into layers and place between layers as well as on sides and top of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
