1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/4 cups confectionary sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
I medium can crushed pineapple
3 pints heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers finely and put aside 1/2 cup. Place remainder in bottom of 9x13 ungreased pan. Cream butter and confectionary sugar. Add eggs one at a time to make a creamy mixture. Put on top of wafer crust. Chop nuts and sprinkle on top. Drain crushed pineapple and add next. Combine heavy whipping cream and sugar and whip until stiff. Place cream on top of pineapple. Sprinkle remaining crushed wafers on top. Freeze. Cut and serve.
