2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nucoa or mazola margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp dairy sour cream
1 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Mix margarine & sugar. Beat egg, sour cream & almond extract, mixing until fluffy. Stir in sifted ingredients. Drop batter by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each with colored
sugar. Bake at 375 about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Store in air tight container. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
