Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 can refried beans (with onion and green chile, if available) 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 3 avocados, mashed (or 1 carton frozen avocado dip, thawed) 2 tsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp minced onion 1/4 tsp garlic powder 4 oz sour cream 1 cup chopped roasted green chile 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1/2 lb Longhorn cheese, grated 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped 1 small can sliced black olives, drained

Directions:	Directions: Blend refried beans with taco seasoning. Spread into a large pie plate or 12 x 8 inch dish. To mashed avocados, add lemon juice, onion and garlic powder. (Omit this step if using frozen avocado dip.) Spread avocado mixture over bean layer. Add layers of sour cream, green chile, and cheeses. Garnish with tomatoes and olives. Serve with warm tortilla chips. Blue corn chips are good.
