Directions:
Use oil for frying potatoes. Slice potatoes in shoestring sections, peeling and all. When potatoes are about two-thirds done, slice one or two onions, add to potatoes and finish cooking. Drain on paper towel, and while hot sprinkle with garlic salt. This is what really makes it good. Additional salt usually not needed.
