Amounts are flexible, depending on how much you want to make.

Potatos,
Eggs,
Wine Vinegar,
Bacon,
Salt (optional),
onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatos and Eggs. Peel and dice into bowl.
Fry bacon. (I usually use 4-5 pieces for a med. to large bowl) Chop bacon and add to eggs and potatos. Chop onions and add to bowl. Pour enough of the bacon grease in to lighty coat everything when mixed up. (You can also use a lighter oil if you want.) Add salt and vinegar to taste. Better when served at room temp. or warmed (not hot).
