Sauce:
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour

Salad:
2 -3 tart apples, cored and chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup small marshmellows (optional)
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. When cool, pour over apples, bananas, small marshmellows, and nuts. Can be used with apples only.
