1 1/3 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. corn oil
1 cup milk
1 cup granola
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup chopped white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir the sugar into the sifted mixture. Crack the egg into a measuring cup and add the oil. Beat the egg and oil together. Add the milk and them whisk the mixture. Fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture. The mixture will be lumpy, but no flour should be visible. Then fold in the chocolate and raspberries. Put the muffin liners into the muffin tray and spoon the mixture into them. Sprinkle granola on top of muffins. Bake for 25 minutes or until the muffins rise and are golden. Remove the muffins fro the oven and allow them to cool in the the pan before placing them on a cooling rack.
