Granny Smith apples to fill cake pan
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. orange juice
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. Place in 9 X 13" pan. Stir in orange juice. Mix all dry ingredients and then cut in butter. Top the apples with dry mix and bake.
350º 1hr.

I like to double the topping mix. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
