1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 bags (12 oz.) broccoli cole slaw
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
2 bags Ramen Noodles (Oriental Flavor)

Dressing Mix:
3/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. brown or white sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
Chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put the ramen noodles in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Melt butter in a skillet over medium/low heat. Add the crushed noodles and slivered almonds to the skillet and saute, stirring occasionally until lightly browned. Let cool. Place the broccoli slaw into bowl and toss with the noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix dresssing and toss over salad to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions.
