Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 to 4 packages of seasoned dry stuffing mix (depending on how much stuffing you want to make)
1 to 2 pounds ground pork
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery
1 to 2 cans chicken broth
1 egg
poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground pork and drain. Saute the onion and celery together until softened. Add the celery and onions to the pork and season with salt and pepper. In a large roaster pan on top of the stove, pour in the dry stuffing mix, then add the meat mixture, one egg, and some chicken broth to moisten the stuffing. Add poultry seasoning and more salt and pepper to taste. Cook all on the stove top until heated through, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Bake in a casserole dish at 350º for 45 minutes or stuff turkey and follow those instructions for roasting the turkey.
