Ingredients:  
1 lb - Italian Sausage w/out casing
1/2 - onion
2 - cloves garlic (pressed)
3 - 14oz cans of beef broth
2 - 14oz cans of diced tomatoes
9oz - cheese tortollini
1 - large can of tomatoe sauce
1 cup - dry red wine
2 - carrots (thinly sliced)
1 T - sugar
1 tsp. - Italian seasoning
2 - small zuccini
parmasan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
- cook sausage, onion & garlic (drain)
- mix in everything, but tortollini and zuccini
- simmer for 30 minutes
- put in tortollini and zuccini for 10 minutes
- top with parmasan cheese
