3 c mashed cooked sweet potato (about 2 pounds)
1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c skim milk
2 Tbsp reduced-calorie stick margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
tsp salt
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
c firmly packed brown sugar
c flour
2 Tbsp chilled reduced-calorie sitck margarine
1/3 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Spoon mixture into an 8" square pan coated with Pam. Combine cup brown sugar and flour in bowl, and cut in 2 Tbsp chilled margarine with a pastry blender or 2 knives until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in the chopped pecans, and sprinkle over sweet potato mexture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
