4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (16oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (I add more)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full. Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
