1 cup white vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. celery seed
7 cups unpeeled sliced cucumbers
3 medium onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate 2-3 days, stirring twice each day. Freeze in jars or other containers. Be sure to leave room for expansion. Will keep in freezer for 1 year.
