1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 bag flavored chips or M&M's (optional)
powdered sugar (if desired)

Mix ingredients, add chips if desired. Mix well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10-11 minutes. Cookies will be soft - let set on hot cookie sheet for a minute or so before removing to paper towel to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.

SUGGESTIONS: Chocolate mix with peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips or mint chips. Yellow mix with cinnamon chips (tastes like snickerdoodles).
