6-8 lbs Pork Roast, cut into bite size pieces
2 whole onions
2 large cans Hominy
1 large can Las Palmas Red Chili Sauce
Salt
Garlic
Lemon
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In large stew pot add Pork, 1 whole onion, salt and garlic. Let cook for 1 1/2 hours on low-medium. Add hominy and red chili sauce, additonial salt and garlic if needed.
Let cook another 1-2 hours. When ready serve with cilantro, onion and lemon.
