3-4 bananas sliced
1 can of carnation evaporated milk
1/2 can of whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs (seperated)
1/2 stick of margarine
1 tbsp vanilla extract
6 tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stack wafers and bananas in a baking bowl, pour evaporated and whole milk into a non stick pot to simmer/warm. Add the 3/4 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Separate eggs. Stir yokes and add yokes and butter to pot. After butter is melted add a pinch of cornstarch and a a teaspoon of water and add to pot to thicken. After liquid is thick take off burner add vanilla extract. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 6 tbs. sugar and beat until stiff. Pour thicken liquid over wafers and bananas, add meringue on top. Cook until brown on top @ 400º.
