2 pkg. frozen (chopped) broccoli
1 medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
3/4 cup mayo
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine all broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese, onion, margarine and mayo. Place in baking dish, top with bread crumbs and bake @ 375 for 45 min. to one hour.
