2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Then add and stir in oatmeal, chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes in 350 oven.

Good cookies from your childhood. You may not remember them but I made these often. Good recipe. I always doubled the recipe.
