24 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of dry cottage cheese
1/2 medium cucumber, shredded and drained
1/4 teaspoon of salt
A dash of dried dillweed
A dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a small slice off bottoms of cherry tomatoes so they will sat flat. Cut thin slice from tops of tomatoes. With a small melon baller or spoon carefully scoop out centers of tomatoes, discard. Sprinkle the insides with a little salt and pepper. Invert and chill. In a bowl combine the cottage cheese, shredded cucumber, salt, dillweed, and pepper. Cover and chill. To serve, spoon a small amount of cottage cheese mixture into each cherry tomato. Makes 24
