1 roasted chicken (store bought is a real time saver)
1 c diced onions, celery and carrots
4 cans (56 oz) chicken broth
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with garlic
1 t tarragon
1 t parsley or chives
or 2 t of fines herbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 c egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin and bones from chicken and place meat in a slow cooker. Stir in balance of ingredients except noodles. Season. Cover. Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours or low all day. Stir in noodles, adjust seasonings and serve.
