1 cup cooked pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. melted butter
1 1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell

Directions:

Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin. Mix well. Add butter, maple syrup and milk, mix well. Add beaten eggs and stir. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 450º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º oven for 40 more minutes or until knife comes out clean.
