1 pkg chocolate instant pudding (fat/sugar free)
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. cool whip
Directions:

Put milk in a bowl; add pudding; whisk for 1 minute. Fold in cook whip. Put in individual serving dishes and refrigerate.
