white potatoes,
sweet potatoes,
red pepper,
red onion slices,
zucchini slices (long),
tomato slices,
olive oil,
parmesan cheese,
2 tbsp. bread crumbs.

Combine potatoes, red pepper and carrots. Mix with oil, salt and pepper. On top put red onion, zucchini and tomato slices. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 40 min. in 350 oven.
