Ingredients:  
5 lbs. potatoes,
4 tbsp. vinegar,
4 tbsp. sugar,
1 tbsp salt,
1 tbsp pepper,
1 tbsp garlic powder,
1 tbsp celery seed.
4 big scoops mayo,
4 big scoops miracle whip.

Directions:
Directions:
Cube and cook potatoes. Drain. Separately add vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate until slightly cool. Combine mayo and miracle whip, add to potatoes and fold. Shake in remaining seasonings
