1 lb. dry rice,
1 can chicken broth,
1 can cream of celery soup,
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
10 chicken breasts,
1/2 chopped onion,
1 cup chopped bell pepper,
1 clove garlic,
1/2 cup shredded carrot,
1/2 cup chopped celery.

Directions:
Pour rice in bottom of pan. place chopped vegetables on top and stir. Add chicken broth. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Combine soups and pour over top of chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min. Remove aluminum foil and bake 15 min. more. 400º.
