Ingredients:  
1 tsp. butter,
1 tsp. flour,
1/2 tsp salt,
2 cups hot mashed potatoes,
1/4 tsp. celery salt,
3/4 cup milk,
2 cups cooked and chopped spinach,
American cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and celery salt. Add milk. Cook over boiling water until thick. Add spinach. Line sides of greased casserole with potatoes. Fill with spinach mixture and top with American cheese cut in wedges. Brown in oven.
