1/4 cup butter,
1 lb. sliced mushrooms,
1/2 cup minced onion,
2 tbsp. flour,
1 garlic clove(minced),
1 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
1 lb groung beef(lean),
1/4 tsp. papricka,
1 - 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup,
1 cup sour cream.

Over medium high heat, cook onion and garlic in butter until golden brown(about 3 min.). Stir in meat, mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper, and papricka. Cook, stirring often, until meat is browned(about 7 min.). Stir in undiluted soup and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min. to blend flavors. Stir in sour cream and heat, but do not boil. Serve over rice, chow mein or noodles.
