Ingredients:  
3 c ground apricots, unpeeled
2 small cans crushed pineapple
¼ c lemon juice
1 orange
1 pkg MCP pectin
6 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Juice orange into large, heavy pot. Add apricots, pineapple and lemon juice. Stir in pectin and bring mixture to a rolling boil. Add sugar and again bring to a rolling boil. Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir and skim occasionally for 5 minutes, before pouring jam into prepared jars. Seal.
