9” pie shell, baked
1 c sugar
Pinch salt
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2/3 c water
1 Tbsp butter
2½ c blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 oz cream cheese
½ c powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 c whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, salt and cornstarch together. Add water and 1 c blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring and mashing berries until mixture thickens and becomes clear. Remove from heat and add cinnamon and lemon juice. Carefully fold in remaining berries and cool. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Carefully fold whipped cream into cheese mixture and spread into pie shell. Top with berry mixture and chill thoroughly.
