2½ oz unsweetened baking chocolate
½ c water
1 c sugar
Dash of salt
½ pt whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in the water and stir until it is thick and creamy. Add sugar and salt and cook for 4 minutes while stirring (don't boil this). COOL the mixture. Then whip cream until it is quite stiff. Fold in with chocolate mixture. Place in a container and refrigerate. To prepare, pour a mug of warm milk and add two or three heaping tablespoons to make a foamy, rich chocolate drink.

Pam makes this for Holiday gifts. This must be refrigerated but it is soooo good and makes a creamy cup of hot chocolate. It is good enough to eat by the spoonful.
