2 lbs fresh halibut in steaks or fillets
1 tomato, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
½ lb feta cheese
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange halibut in buttered baking dish. Cut lemon in half and squirt the juice over the fish. Sprinkle tomato, olives and crumbled cheese over the top of the fish. Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Remove foil and allow to bake 5-10 minutes more so fish is flaky and cheese is melted and bubbly.
