4-6 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
2 c milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1-2 cloves garlic
1 c garlic croutons, crushed
c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in large fry pan in olive oil. Remove meat from pan and add flour to drippings and stir until bubbly. Slowly add the milk and let simmer until it starts to thicken. Add salt, pepper, mustard and garlic and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Place chicken in a 9x13 baking pan and cover with Dijon sauce. Sprinkle croutons and parmesan over the top and place in 350 oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and starting to brown.
