Ingredients:  
1 C. rice
1 can tomato sauce and water to make 2 cups
Oil to brown rice
1 onion
garlic salt
2 chicken boullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in oil until golden brown. Stir ocassionally while browning. Drain off excess oil. Mix together 1 can tomato sauce and water to make 2 cups, add 1 onion, quartered, a dash of garlic salt, 2 chicken boullion cubes and rice. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover and simmer app. 20 minutes.
