6 med. cucumbers
6 red sweet peppers
6 green tomatoes
6 med. onions
1/2 C. salt
Water
1 T. celery seed
3 lbs. sugar
1 pint white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cucumbers and peppers. Set aside to drain. Quarter tomatoes and onions. Place with salt in a large kettle. Cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, but do not stir. Add peppers, cucumbers, celery seed, sugar and vinegar. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon into sterilized pint jars. Seal. It is recommended that you process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
