6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. butter melted in pan
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients (except butter) in a blender or a hand mixer. Melt 2 tbs. butter in a 9X13 pan in oven. Pour mixture into melted butter and return to oven. Bake at 425º for 20 min.

The kids love to see how fluffy it gets. We eat it with lots of maple syrup.
