1/2 cup soft margarine
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
4 cups mochiko rice flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 12oz. can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all ingredients together, taking out any lumps. Pour into greased 9X13 and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool completely before eating.
