20 new potatoes
c butter
Tarragon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
1 pt sour cream
1 c grated cheese
Macadamia nuts
Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Take red potato and slice it into inch sections without splitting the potato completely. In between each slice put a pat of butter. Sprinkle heavily with
season salt and wrap each potato in tin foil. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Peel, cube and boil potatoes. In a large pan, melt butter and cheese. Add all else to taste, and toss with cooked potatoes.
