2 eggs
1 tsp salt, scant
½ c sour or sweet cream
2 c sour milk
1 Tbsp sugar
2½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder, heaping
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in aeble skiver pan.

This recipe came from Dale's recipe file. She got it from Lucille Tileman. I remember having a sleepover at Lucille Tileman’s house and having aeble skivers for breakfast. They were awesome!!
