1 large cauliflower broken into small florets bite size
2 c baby carrots

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c cream
Season salt
Swiss Cheese
2 chopped green onions

Steam the veggies in a saucepan with some salt in the water until somewhat tender. Cook sauce on stove until thickened. Add 1 c grated Swiss cheese and onion. Mix with cauliflower and carrots place in a casserole dish. Top with more Swiss cheese 1/4 or more. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
