2-3 lbs. of Tri-tip steak (best from Costco)
1 bottle of Lawry's Caribbean Jerk marinade

Directions:
Place Tri-tip in a large freezer bag and pour marinade over the top. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cook on the grill for best results! This is a family favorite!!!

Can use boneless chicken breasts or thighs too!
