"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs (bone in)-- Costco has the best!
4 bullion cubes
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Start early in the day. Add bullion cubes and garlic to a LARGE pot of water and boil the ribs for approximately 2-3 hours. You want the rib meat to almost be falling off of the bones. Remove the ribs from the water and place on a large baking sheet or platter. Preheat your barbecue grill to approximately 450º. Baste your ribs with barbecue sauce (be generous) and bring outside to the grill. You want to cook them on each side for approximately 3-4 minutes-- to caramelize the barbecue sauce. Remove from the grill and serve! You may want to keep some barbecue sauce on the side for those who want extra.

These are the most tender tasty ribs you'll ever have!!!
