2-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, pat dry. Mix egg & milk. Dip chicken in the egg/milk mixture, then in crumbs, cheese & garlic powder, if desired. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake bout 45 minutes at 350º. Delicious!!!
