14oz bag caramels 3 Tbsp milk ¾ c butter 1 c flour 1 c oats ¾ c brown sugar ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 c chocolate chips
Melt caramels and milk - stir and set aside. Melt butter and combine with flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Press a little more than half the mixture into a greased 11"x7" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the mixture, and then pour caramel over the chips. Top with remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool and cut.
