2 1/2 # rip tomatoes blended
1 small green pepper
1 small onions
1/2 small cucumber peeled
2-3 slices dry bread
Blend the top ingredients together at high speed.

3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 TB, salt
2-3 TB. olive oil
3 TB. vinegar (apple cider)
Add later and chill 1 hour

Directions:

Blend the tomatoes first then add the other top ingredients and blend.
Chill for 1 hour
Garnish with minced tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onion and small bread crumbs & chives.
