12 c torn bread pieces
½ c butter
¾ c chopped onion
1½ c chopped celery (with leaves if desired)
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread and season the night before cooking turkey. Leave out over night to dry. Season to taste with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Sautee onion and celery in butter until slightly soften. Add a few handfuls of bread to pan and stir. Add to remaining bread and mix gently until well combined. Season to taste if needed. COOL stuffing before putting in raw turkey.
