8 c flour
2 pkgs yeast
2 c milk
2/3 c butter
2/3 c sugar
2 tsp salt
4 eggs

Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
tsp vanilla
Add enough milk to drizzle over rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, butter, sugar and salt to 115 -120. Add liquid to 4 cups flour and yeast. Stir in eggs. Stir in as much of 4 - 4 cups flour as you can stir with a wooden spoon. Knead 6 - 8 minutes. Put in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour. Rise until double. Punch down and cover. Let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into fourths. Roll into 12"x8" rectangle. Melt 3 Tbsp butter and spread cup sugar and 3 tsp cinnamon (or less). Roll up dough from 12 inch side and cut into 12 one inch slices. Place rolls on greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes. Repeat with other dough. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
